Chocolate Chip Cookies (Thin and Crisp)
10 ounces butter (room temp)1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs (room temp)
2 cups chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350
Beat the butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla and eggs, beating well after each. Add the baking soda, salt and flour and beat on slow until combined. Add the chocolate chips. Drop 1 tablespoon at a time, these will spread. Bake for 10 - 11 minutes.
