2 1/2 C All Purpose Flour
1/2 TB sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 sticks cold butter cut into cubes
8 TB ice water
Makes two pie crusts.
Add flour, sugar and salt to a food processor and pulse. Add butter and pulse until combined. Slowly add ice water just until it comes together. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate and then roll out. This recipe can be cut in half for one pie crust.
