Alfredo Sauce (guilt free)

1 can 14 1/2 oz chicken broth
1/4 C all purpose flour
1/4 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 C plain yogurt
6 C hot cooked pasta
6 tbsp parmesan cheese
chopped fresh parsley

In medium saucepan gradually mix broth into flour, garlic powder and pepper until smooth. Over medium heat, cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in yogurt. Toss with fettuccine and 4 tablespoons cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and remaining cheese. If desired, garnish with carrot, lemon verbena and rose leaves.
