Coffee Cake




2 1/2 C All Purpose Flour
1 1/3 cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Butter

1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt

2 Eggs
1 Cup  Buttermilk
1 tsp Vanilla

2 Cups Frozen Fruit

Mix together flour, sugar and butter; remove 1 Cup for topping.  

Add remaining dry ingredients, mix well then stir in remaining ingredients except frozen fruit.  Pour into lightly oiled 9" x 13" baking pan.  

Top with fruit, then sprinkle with reserved flour mixture.  

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes. Serves 12.
