3/4 Cups Crisco
2 Cups flour
1 tsp salt
5 tbsp water
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1/4 to 1/2 cup water
Stir flour and salt and add shortening. Cut into pieces the size of small peas with a pastry blender. Add water a spoon at a time, tossing with fork until all flour is barely damp. Roll for crust.
