Long Distance Carrot Cake

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
4 whole eggs
3 cups grated carrots
1 1/2 cups walnuts
2 tsp salt

Cream Cheese Frosting
1 cube butter
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 box powdered sugar
use 13 x 9 pan - Bake 300 to 325 degrees for one hour - Toothpick tesk okay
